If you are happy to share your screenshot, tick the box to include it. That gives us the exact board that went wrong. You can also open the solver and try again.

- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether you used a screenshot or manual mode.
- Your phone or computer, and the browser you used.
- Your game theme or version, if the board looked different from usual.
- A screenshot, only if you are happy to share it.
What we can help with
Things We Can Look Into
- A screenshot to add to our tests. This is the most useful thing you can send. It shows us how the tool does on your theme and phone, and we use it to keep improving.
- A move that looks wrong. Tell us the board and the three pieces. Remember that one wrong cell can change the whole answer, so check the detected board first.
- Something broken. A page that does not load, a button that does nothing, or a screen that looks odd on your phone.
- A mistake in a guide. If a rule in one of our guides is different in your version of the game, we want to know.
- An idea. A feature you wish it had, or something that would make it easier to use.

What We Cannot Help With
We do not make Block Blast, so we cannot help with your game account, lost progress, purchases, ads or in-game items. For those, you need to contact the game's own support team.
We also cannot change the pieces you are given, and we do not offer cheats or hacks. If you are curious about that, read what actually works.
Step by step
How to Share a Screenshot With Us
- Upload your screenshot and let the solver read it.
- Fix any wrong cells or pieces, so the board matches your game.
- Solve it, then press No under "Did this help?".
- Write a short note about what was wrong.
- Tick the box to include your screenshot, if you are happy to share it.
Your corrections plus the screenshot show us the difference between what we read and what was really on the screen. That is the most useful thing you can send. What happens to shared screenshots is explained on the privacy page.
